My Friday Town Shoot Out!! Oct. 1st

This weeks theme is Colors Black and Orange.

I love the fall it is my favorite time of the year.

This is a display I have as you walk in the door of my house, during Fall.
This is a hand made Pepper Flower bouquet, I made it for my Nieces wedding. Working with these flower peppers burned my hands, but they turned out great.  The burning feeling didn't last to long, just a few hours, I know I should of  put gloves on, it's hard to wield a knife with gloves on.
I carved this Indian Chef into this gourd for an Indian friend of mine. He loved it.
These are ones of the "End of Trails"  and some in Pumpkins too.
I carved Marilyn Monroe for one of my friends, shes a big fan. The pumpkin is really painted  white I just colored the picture orange for this weeks theme.
This is a pumpkin inside a pumpkin I did last year.
And this is just because it was black and orange.

Oh boy, how long does it take to carve such intricate jack o' lanterns? I don't think I would have that kind of patience!

I love your pepper display. At first I thought they were birds of paradise. Next time I am asked to do a floral display, I might do a copycat. The trouble is peppers are so expensive now (end of winter) $9.90 a kilo i paid for yesterday.

I didn't actually go to a Mexican party. i just wrote it for the effect.
